Ana Walker is a professional massage therapist, dedicated to helping others improve their health and wellbeing. Her customized and unique treatments come from 15 years of experience and training in a variety of modalities including: Myofascial Ashiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Assisted Stretching, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Reiki II, and Aromatherapy.
Ana began her transformational journey in 2011 at Crestone Healing Arts Center in Crestone, CO. Passionate about the many facets of health and wellbeing, Ana continued to broaden her healing lens with new practices, trainings and experiences. As a Kundalini Yoga Instructor and practitioner, she activates a stronger connection between spirit, mind and body. As a trained DoTERRA Wellness Advocate, she understands how plant medicine can aid healing from within. Ana’s passion, skill, and experience facilitates a safe and healing environment where people can connect to the power of healing from within.
