LAURA
Laura Olvera has been a healing arts professional practitioner since 2014, traveling within the United States and Mexico sharing her practice in massage, yoga and aquatic therapy.
As a knowledgeable and intuitive Massage Therapist, Laura’s work integrates ancestral knowledge and principles from her Mexican roots and consolidates different modalities of massage including; Thai, Mana Lomi, Ashiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Cupping.
With intention and presence, she holds a safe, empowering and healing space for us to feel nourished, balanced and replenished. She believes in the body’s immense capacity to heal by choosing a path that serves to find true health and well-being.
Laura is also an enthusiast plant based recipe creator, retreat leader and facilitator of holistic events. She also enjoys working with voice tuning and mantra chanting as a way to heal and find our voice within. Her personal practice combines self-care, mindful movement, breath awareness and grounding rituals of gratitude and devotion to the Earth.
She feels honored to be given the opportunity to share her experiences along her journey. She looks forward to connecting more with this community offering her services and holding spaces where we all can find a deeper sense of connection with our body, mind and spirit.
